You can permanently delete your AZ StRUT account — and the personal data associated with it — at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the AZ StRUT app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the bottom (on Android: open Profile) and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email info@azstrut.org from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We’ll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your AZ StRUT login, profile details (name, email, phone, address, photo), and cancels any membership. Store credit is forfeited.
What we may retain
We retain records we’re required or permitted to keep for legitimate organizational purposes — for example, signed volunteer applications and liability waivers, donation and equipment-request records, and volunteer service (time-clock) history — retained per our policies and applicable law, no longer than necessary.
