The devices are already tested and operational by the time you will get them. Simply plug them in to power and wait for the device to acquire a signal. It will take an average of 5 minutes. If this is the first time you are plugging in the device in a new location, give it an extra 10-15 minutes to coordinate with the local cell towers and improve signal and speed.

To connect to the gateway device wirelessly, look for the SSID name and password on the bottom of the device. You can also connect to the ethernet ports on the back of the gateway.
