Request Equipment for your School or Nonprofit.

Qualifying Arizona 501c3 nonprofit organizations and public schools may receive computers from AZStRUT.

For an organization to be considered as a Qualified Donee, the Equipment Request Application form below must be completed and submitted.

Please collect the following info to complete the Equipment Request Applicant form:

  • Organization’s full legal name
  • Organization’s primary & secondary contact names, title, cell phone & email
  • Organization’s EIN
  • Organization’s Arizona Corporation Commission File Number Find it HERE.

All applicants requesting donated or discounted equipment will be required to pay a $25 processing fee which can be credited to any purchase.

We prioritize our equipment distribution using the 2020 AZ StRUT  Guidelines for Giving

The AZ StRUT Board of Directors gives sole discretion to the Giving Committee to implement the following guidelines and exceptions. 

  1. Title I students and families Camp/Lab participants: Tier 2 & 3* (Qualified by school)
  2. Arizona Public Schools (excludes “for-profit” institutions): Tier 1, 2 & 3*
    Classroom, administrative use approved by Principal (STEM) 
  3. Arizona Non-profit Charter Schools: Tier 1, 2 & 3*
    STEM only 
  4. Arizona 501c3 non-profit organizations with less than $50,000 assets via most recent IRS 990: Tier 1, 2 & 3*
    Must be used to advance the mission of the organization and may not be used for individual personal use. 
  5. Arizona Library Lending Programs: Tier 1, 2 & 3*
    Approved by State Library System

    NOTE: The application fee covers a calendar year. Once the fee is paid, AZ StRUT will verify your status for approval. Following that, you will be contacted in the order that we receive requests. Approval does not guarantee that all equipment can be provided. We do our best to assess and match you with the best equipment available.

    Refurbishing fees for computers may be charged.  Fees are a reduced percentage of the cost to provide equipment.
