Instead of filling out the equipment request form every time you need technology, your organization will now create a membership account with AZ StRUT, fill out the Equipment Subsidy Application just once, and get approved by our team.

Once approved, you’ll be able to log in anytime to submit future equipment requests with just a few clicks. Our new application process is built to be easier, faster, and more secure—thanks to a centralized membership portal.
